I would like to invite you to this exciting WTF taekwondo training camp so far we have teams confirmed from the UK, Northern Ireland and Holland.

The for the training camp will be €30.00 this includes all five sessions over the two days. The training weekend will take place in St Patricks GAA club in Stamullen Co. Meath

Time table as follows:
Saturday 9.00am-11.00am Sparring drills/tactics
Saturday 12.00pm-2.00pm(approx) Test matches.
If you have any students interested in taking part in the test matches please forward the students age, weight and grade to the below contact details as soon as possible
Saturday 3.30pm-5.30pm plyometrics
Sunday 10.00am -12.00pm taekwondo session taken by a guest instructor for the uk or Holland (TBC)
Sunday 1.00pm-3.00pm elastic training
