Sitting stance middle punch *10 (Annun So Kaunde Jirugi)
Front rising kick both left and right *10 (Gunnun So Ap Cha Olligi)
Press ups *10
Four directional punch left and right (Saju Jirugi)
Walking stance middle obverse punch (Gunnun So Kaunde Baro Jirugi)
Walking stance inner forearm middle block (Gunnun So An Palmok Kaunde Makgi)
Walking stance inner forearm middle block, reverse punch (Gunnun So An Palmok Kaunde Makgi Kaunde Bandae Jirugi)

Theory :

What is Taekwon-Do:
(Taekwon-Do is the art of self defence founded by the General Choi Hong Hi, a Korean General. Translated literally "Tae" means jumping or flying, to kick or smash with the foot. "Kwon" means the fist, to punch or destroy with the hands or fist. "Do" means art or way, the right way built by the saints and sages in the past.)
