2000: Competed in G.T.F. World Championships, Rimini, Italy. Silver Medal in Sparring.

2000    Opened Jee-Goo School of Taekwon-Do, Wilton, Cork City

2002: Completed I.N.T.A. Umpires Course With Master Brendan O'Toole.

2002: Completed I.N.T.A. Instructors Course With Master Brendan O'Toole.

2002    Took over Brooklodge School of Taekwon-Do Club,  Glanmire, Cork City.

2003: Completed International Instructors Course Under Master Tran, Master Marano, Master Trajtenberg and Master Bos In Livingstone, Scotland.

2003    Promoted to 4th Degree

2007    Promoted to 5th Degree Black Belt

2007    I.T.F.Ireland Junior Squad Coach

2008   Established full-time Taekwon-Do School, Glamire, Cork
