Received Taekwon-Do Student of the year award.
1997
Promoted to II degree Black belt

Promoted to III degree Black belt
2001

ITF Belgium Open Championships: 1st Team Pattern
2002
Opened Naas Taekwon-Do Club, in July.
2003
ITF Belgium Open Championships: 2nd Patterns
2004
Completed International Instructors Course under Master Tran, Master Marano, Master Trajtenberg and Master Bos in Belgium.
Irish Team Manager; XIX European Championships, Finland.
Promoted to IV Degree Black belt.
Elected as National Secretary for the INTA at the associations AGM in December.
2005
Irish Team Manager; XX European Championships, Italy.
Completed International Instructors Course under Master Tran, Master Marano, Master Trajtenberg and Master Bos in Dublin.
2006
Completed International Instructors Course under Master Tran, Master Marano, Master Trajtenberg and Master Bos in Koln, Germany.
Re-elected as National Secretary for the INTA at the associations AGM in November.

Completed the Irish Sports Councils course on, code of ethics & Good Practice for children's sport. 
Completed International Instructors course under Master Marano, Master Trajtenberg and Master Bos in Dublin, Ireland.
Selected to represent Ireland as an Umpire at the XIV European Championships, Poland.
Promoted to V Degree Black Belt in June.
