Great results from Euro's

The Irish Taekwon-Do National Team, returned from the European Championships in Sweden yesterday with an outstanding haul of 14 medals,

3 gold, 4 silver and 7 bronze. Ireland finished 5th in the overall medal standings and Naomi Coonghe won the best overall junior female competitor. Richard Forde narrowly missed out on the overall junior male award, finishing second.

Congratulations to the competitors and coaches on their performances and thank you to everybody who travelled with the squad to support them over the weekend.
