National Instructors Course Part 2

National Instructors Course
We are pleased to announce that we will be running part two of the new Instructors course syllabus on Sunday 1 November in the Kildare Taekwon-Do School.  Like part one of the course that was run in June, part two of the course has been planned and designed over the past year to include more information on how to teach, how to give feedback and how to develop student's skills.  In particular, part two of the course covers the following:
 
Warm ups to develop strength, footwork and balance
Four types of stretching and how and when to use them
Key elements of the syllabus from 4th Kup to 1st Dan including the most common mistakes made at each stage during the syllabus
Helping students overcome performance plateaus
Preparing students for black belt
Intermediate and advanced aerobic and anaerobic conditioning
Keeping your classes fresh
Club finances and marketing
 
This course is suitable for black belt members who are currently teaching or who have plans to open a club.  It is mandatory for any student wishing to present themselves for 3rd Degree or higher.
 
Please bring the attached notice for the INTA Instructors course to the attention of your members and display in your dojang where possible,  also please note that participant should bring Dobuk, trainers sweater note book and pens, etc
 
The course will be  presented by Master Gerry Martin VII Degree and Mr Kevin Hannigan V Degree
