The Elite Taekwon-Do Academy is organizing an International Master Seminar for the third consecutive year. The seminar will be conducted by Master Annick van Driessche VII Dan. She is the President of ITF Belgium, and a top class international umpire.

Master van Driessche will be covering all aspects of Taekwon-Do: patterns; sparring; women's self defence; jumping techniques; special techniques; core stability; muscle stabilizing; balance exercises.

Session 1: 10-11:15 a.m. Juniors 12 and under yellow belt to blue tag €10
Session 2: 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Green belt and above €30
Session 3: 3:00-5:00 p.m. Ladies only Green belt and above €30 (both seminars for €40)
