The Glanmire Friendly Competition will take place on the 1st of April this year and will be held in the same venue as last year (Loretto Sports Complex - the same venue as the ITC's). We would be delighted if you and your students were available to attend.
Last year we incorporated point sparring for the young yellow belt categories, feedback was very positive so we will do the same this year. Note we encourage white belts to attend for patterns/special technique but there is no sparring for white belts/yellow tags. There is a reduced price for these grades.

Registering your competitors for the competition is through google forms (link here and below) but we also attach a form in case you want to send it out to students to gather information.
Once the closing date has passed we will send back the list of students entered for confirmation and will allocate the to the correct sections.
