Started Tae Kwon-Do with the U.K.T.A. in Coventry in 1972 I Graded up to !st Kup under Rhe Ki Ha who was then a 5th Degree. Moved back to Ireland in 1975.

R.I.T.A.
Joined R.I.T.A. in 1983, Graded under Master Rhee Ki Ha for 1st Degree in Dublin on the 13-09-1985.

Ireland versus Wales I was Captain of the winning team in 1985.

Established the Drogheda Tae Kwon-Do School in 1986.

I.I.C. under Masters Park Jung Tae and Rhee Ki Ha in Green Isle Hotel, Dublin in 1987 Completed.
